NEED the "resample" option in the LAME options dialog

Would it be possible to add a popup menu for the "resample" option for LAME MP3 encoding (11, 22, 32, 44)? When I encode audio books, I use the following LAME options:

-V 7 -q 0 -m m --resample 22

This resamples the audio down to 22 kHz, which can save a significant amount of space. Tests on a 4-minute track saved be about a quarter of a meg on that one track over what I got without "--resample 22". As it is, when I choose "mono" in the dialog box in Max, it only resamples it down to 32 kHz.

Now that things seem to be running okay on Leopard, could we take a look at what it would take to add this option in the dialog box?
