Help for newbe

Could someone please explain how to use Tag. I have music stored in Flac format on a hard drive built into my Bluesound Vault music server. I would like to be able to edit the metadata for this music. Some of music I ripped shows up as unknown CD when I view it from the Bluesound App. The Bluesound forum suggested using Tag to edit the metadata. I downloaded the app but do not know how to use it. There is no help file.
