Could someone possibly be so kind as to post a new up to date nightly build? I'm being told there are lots of new features but I don't know what svn is or how to use it oooor anything of that nature :-(

Thanks!

Revision 1038 will be my last build (at least for now)!
Cause Stephen now build and share development builds as well, so there are no need to duplicate his work...

Thanks a lot for posting and hosting the development builds! Once I realized that people out there actually use them, it seemed like something good to put on the official website.

I've installed SVN and mac's dev tools. How do I go about building / compiling MAX?

Check the "Developers" part on the Max homepage.
http://www.sbooth.org/Max/

In short:

Code: Select all

svn co https://macaudiox.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/macaudiox/trunk trunk
cd trunk/Frameworks/
./build-frameworks.sh
cd ..
xcodebuild -alltargets -configuration Release
