Still using Max, still happy
Happy new year - I'm now using Max on Mavericks (OS X 10.9) and it's still working great. Many thanks for making this wonderful application available for free.

Thank you!
Re: Still using Max, still happy
I concur. I have tried others in the hope of finding a better workflow but nothing is as rock solid.
Re: Still using Max, still happy
Sadly, it's not apparently working for me on Mavericks 10.9.1 on my 2009 Unibody MacBook.
Program loads, but the CD doesn't show any tracks.

Re: Still using Max, still happy
For what it might be worth, Max and CDs are fine here: MacBook Pro ('early 2011') OS X 10.9.1.
As useful as Max is, ripping is no longer it's forte. Have you tried XLD for ripping?

Re: Still using Max, still happy
I use Max all the time. It can convert anything I throw at it (FLAC, 24-bit WAV files, etc, etc).
Is it still in development? I'd love to make a donation.

Re: Still using Max, still happy
Installed today on 10.9.1 with a late 2012 iMac. I am trying to move from Google Music to a local drive on my Nexus 7 and need to redo the CD rips.
thanks for the useful tools!

Max is great! The musicbrainz query . . . not so much.
Easy workaround is the sbooth "get iTunes metadata" script.
Thanks for Max!
