The call to AudioConverterSetProperty failed.

I am not able to convert / rip from CD to AAC (MP4). After the ripping is finished and just before the conversion process starts I get following error:

"The call to AudioConverterSetProperty failed."

The conversion aborts but Max application doesn't quit, it just doesn't convert it.
