No Formats under Snow Leopard 10a380

Has there been any work done on making MAX compatible with Snow Leopard? Same problem as Tiger to Leopard, clicking on Formats in Preferences does nothing.

I don't have access to Snow Leopard, so I won't be able to do anything until it comes out.

Was it a fresh install of SL and then the addition of Max, or a Leopard>SL upgrade that had Max already installed?
