EAC! Sheesh. I was so concerned about wording concerning being OT I didn't even notice.

I could never get EAC to work correctly under Parallels. The app would run, but the secure ripping speed was glacial. It may have been user error, but I finally gave up.

Thanks, LS, for replying. I've had one other report that it was ripping just fine and fast. The user could not get LAME working nor get EAC to detect gaps.

That is the same experience I had, but it has been a few weeks. Parallels has gone through a number of builds since then and is at RC2.
