Bug: Max is absent from the "Open With" list for .ogg files.

i just noticed the following bug on a macbook pro (running os x 10.4.11);

Max (0.8.1 stable) does not show up on the "Open With" list of the contextual menu when ctrl/"right"-clicking on .ogg files. i haven't seen this occur with other file-types [that Max can handle] on my system though.

apologies in advance in-case this is not a bug and for some reason Max is not meant to appear on the "Open With" list for .ogg files.
