Downloading album art

I am not able to retrieve album art. I have tried searching by artist, by album name and both. Nothing ever is returned. How to I get this to work?

A few years ago, Amazon appears to have changed things on their side, and Max is no longer able to do this. I wouldn't mind too much, except there is no work around. Even if I have the artwork locally, I cannot add it into the ripping process.
