Is there any way to put artwork in Decibel after loading the album?

There isn't in the current version, but the next major version with library support will handle this.

How about you try it with Geektool and applescripting?
I posted a pending thread about using it with decibel and tried it myself and it works.
You create a copy of the image cover from the now playing tracks folder and make a script that checks the decibel now playing file path every few seconds and copy the file into a single location with overwriting and then use the builtin geektool image script with a set refresh rate to display the copied file.
If you want the curently playing track name then use a applescripting and get the artist, album or whatever tags of the currently playing track you want and display them from geektools.
I've got something like this on my desktop.

I hope that creating custom scripts for the app is not violating any copyrights with the author of this great application.
Its not a really difficult language. Heck I just started with it yesturday ;p
