Can Rip or Max extract 24bit audio from Blu-Ray Audio?

Is it possible to extract the 24-bit audio from Blu-Ray audio? I'm close to buying the new Wagner Ring cycle directed by Georg Solti which includes this on one of the discs and would much rather play it from my media server than from a PS3.

Any way to do this if I purchase and external Blu-Ray player that mounts without in drivers under MacOS X?
