AccurateRip key disc

Rip says it needs an 'AccurateRip key disc' in order to 'determine read offset' do I need this to use the software? If so where can I get one?

Many common CDs are accurate rip key discs. A key disc isn't a special disc one buys, but rather it is one that has some extra information in the AR database.
