MAJOR BUG: Tracks reported successful are truncated!!

Using Rip 1.0b14 to digitize 5 CD's recently ended up in 1 album with partial songs being digitized even though Rip reported a perfect score for all of them. It looks like there is a problem with WAV -> FLAC conversion after the tracks have been digitized. What's even worse is that out of the 309 albums I have digitized with Rip so far, the more I listen to them, the more I stumble upon this embarrassing problem.

Most tracks of the latest problematic album terminate abruptly around the 3:00 mark. This album does not have copy protection.

I can send you the problematic files with their respective log; let me know what else you would like me to send you.

Since I cannot trust the logs, I fear I will have to listen to each and every track to find exactly which albums are affected. As I suspected, I re-digitized the album using XLD/CDParanoia for a perfect rip. Even though it's UI suck, I am thinking about making the switch permanently.
