As it is right now there is no metadata displayed with the results of the search. It would be neat if you could display resolution and format information alongside the images.

The built-in album art search function is very useful but I feel the name of the menu item does not reflect the purpose of the tool. How about "Search For Album Art Using" ?

The menu is called "Search for Metadata" because Rip has a plugin system which allows plugins to return arbitrary metadata. It just so happens that the current two plugins both only return album art.
