Hopefully 'Rip' will be "the" ripper for Mac OS X, just like EAC is "the" ripper for MS Windows.

* Ability to create and save a log.
* Offset correction.
* AccurateRip support.
* Codecs/Formats as in 'Max'.
* ...
It already has those features, and then some. One feature that Rip has that no other ripper (to my knowledge) contains is the ability to verify a CD against an alternate disc pressing in AccurateRip.

Now that would put it ahead of XLD (depending on Rip's ripper ?). Since his whirlwind phase tmkk has been quiet and I am unsure of his next steps.
Can you give us info on Rip's rip engine, Stephen?
