White Noise Tracks with All Three Ripping Methods

MAX 0.7.1
Van Halen - The Best of Both Worlds

Using MAX to rip & encode the above CD results in all white noise tracks. Basic, Comparison, and CD Paranoia all deliver the same results. Ripping first with Toast then using MAX to convert is a workaround.

Out of curiosity - is it just the same with the iTunes ripper?

OK, just tried ripping with iTunes and it works fine ... no white noise tracks.
