Unable to create Output folder for IFF file's

I am having trouble converting my files to IFF and i get an error message about unable to create output folder. The files convert into other formats fine but not IFF. I have tried changing the folders and created their own folder's where the files are and i get FSPathMakeRef failed: ˇˇˇ’ message, but other than that the files just will not convert. Any solutions?
