Album artwork won't upload

When trying to source album artwork the image never automatically appears in the artwork window. I then do Command D (download album art) and it then says 'An error occurred while attempting to download album artwork. file doesn't exist'. It says this with every attempt I make, even with well known CDs, I am always connected to the internet. I am new to this, am I missing something? (I have the locale set at amazon.co.uk). However, I can upload artwork manually by dragging it from the desktop into the artwork window. Also there is nowhere that I can adjust the size of the image once I have it in place, it says the size under the image but there are no other options that I can select if I wanted to resize it.

Is this a question about Max? The older version of Tag does not support album art at all, and the new version doesn't support amazon locales.
