How come it only did CBR?

How come it only did CBR?

Hello, just tried to rip my 1st CD.

Here were my settings.

Mp3
Custom
Quality 100%
Bit Rate 320
Encoding Engine High
Stereo Mode Default
VBR mode Standard
Unchecked use only CBR

Everything came out at 44.1, 320, Joint Stereo.
