How do I Install this program?

Kinda basic, but this is it:
Running XP pro SP2. I don't see a .exe or install file. In the unzipped Max 0.8.1 folder.
I looked around, tried a few, but no luck. What's the secret?

Max requires Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or later to work.
A Windows version doesn't exist.
