I don't think this is fixed. I'm still gettingkrmathis wrote:Its already up!sbooth wrote:an official release will be forthcoming sometime, but in the meantime, once krmathis posts an svn buildI recommend anyone having the issue download it.

This is all rather odd, because it was working. I'd been playing wih some shell utilities for ripping/cddb (cdparanoia, cd-discid) and so on, so I had the CD in the drive, but had unmounted it though disk utility so things didn't report drive busy when accessing the CD.
Then I...
- * Found Max and downloaded it for the fist time (0.61).
* Ran it, ripped a disc several times, playing with encoders, preferences and such like.
* Hit the automacically eject and end of rip button, and ripped again.
* When the rip ended ejecting failed, so I tried to eject from disc utility. This didn't work until I shut down Max (Device busy errors).
* Shut down max.
* Ejected the disc (to make sure I could).
* Reinserted the disc
* Restarted Max. Recieved log messages as I posted above.
Let me know if you want me to try anything to debug this.
Edit: Oh how annoying..... (In a good way) I'd forgotten to actually run a rip after deleting the preferences (brain fade) and that seems to have worked. We'll see if the probelm reoccurs. Now using 763.
