Bug: 'Restore Default' in Prefs doesn't do anything

Also, none of the prefs are checked in the "General" section of Prefs.

There was a typo in Defaults.plist, which was keeping it from being parsed correctly. I've updated svn but haven't posted a new unstable yet.
