Do you know the reasoning in that? Yes, one can check to have the window close, but then it just has to be remade when the next CD is inserted. Why not just have it refresh?

Window not closing

When a CD is finished ripping and is ejected (via the eject icon in the window since auto-eject is broken) the window remains populated with the CD's information. Ripping the next CD spawns a new window, leaving the old there. In multiple CD sessions that's a lot of windows. Is this normal? Should t...

Heh. Every other app (iTunes-LAME, NMP3Ripper, LameBrain) I've switched LAMEs worked fine. Guess not here because you are correct, it's all about the Framework thang. Others were part of the Resorces. Shoot, when I just tried it (several times, different ways) Max wouldn't even open afterwards.

So, tonight I have tried 20 CDs, all with no problem (using comparison). I "think" some were from the original batch I had issues with. The CD I spoke of earlier today is at work. I'll try it again. I'm wondering if there is "something" about having now used paranoia that has cleared up the problem ...

Do you have Preferences set to auto-eject? If so, turn off and use the Eject button from the CD files list ripping window. I had already un-ticked the auto-eject pref but this issue can rear its head in another instance. Whenever I quit converting before finished the same thing happens. The disc can...
