Nested artist-album list would be very convenient as not infrequently we browse artists and choose an album of that artist. Besides, we have a much better memory of artists and one can fairly easily locate a specific album with the search field.

It would be better to ignore the articles "the" in beginning of artist name or album title. Having "The Strawbs" and "The Beatles" etc. all under T is inconvenient.

I don't know if the current ones are global or not as they do not work (in PPC 10.5..

In iTunes' compilation albums I use Various as the Album Artist and the artists of the tracks appear in the Artist field. In Play these tracks scatter around and do not list under Various. Is there a way around to sort this out? And any idea to have the functionality of "Automatically Add to iTunes"...

Thanks for the nice player, but I see no tags for hundreds of albums nearly all ripped to aiff before. What can I do?
