I unzipped the file Stephen uploaded and put it in the Contents/Plugins folder inside the Decibel app. That fixed it for me. Did you quit Decibel before replacing the bundle?

The command is ls (LS), Perhaps you used a capital i instead of an L.

so "ls -lR" is "LS -LR" when written in capitals.
