r1068: Interface problems

Post by RonaldPR » Mon Nov 27, 2006 12:42 pm

Today I tried rev1068.

General:
The preferences window is still not wide enough (at least in English and Dutch interface) to hold all icons plus their labels in the Toolbar.

Dutch interface:
- The check boxes for choosing the encoding format are missing in preferences.
- Translation is incomplete and contains mistakes and spelling errors. (I can help with the Dutch language resources, if needed.)

I've just checked in a more complete Dutch localization.

Could you e-mail me any errors (spelling or otherwise) you find in it?

Nice catch on the missing checkboxes- I completely overlooked it.

edit: phrasing

I will try and write down all the mistakes and spelling errors, will take some time though to go through all menu items, dialogs and tooltips. There are also many items not translated, anyway not yet in r1068. Where do I find the "more complete Dutch localization"?

I've only committed it to svn- I will post a new unstable build later on today.

That was two days ago. Where is the new build (newer than r1068)?

It's up there now, along with preliminary FLAC 1.1.3 support. I'll be adding FLAC album art support soon.
