An error occured while tagging the file "<file>".

In max 0.9.2, upon completing conversion from FLAC to ALAC, I get a modal error dialog:

An error occured while tagging the file "<file>".
Unable to create a temporary file: Permission denied

It does seem to write the file out OK but the dialog must be clicked off to proceed through the queue. Big pain in the ass. It also quits converting after some number of files.

I recently upgraded to Lion but I seem to recall having this same issue under Snow Leopard. Any ideas or fixes? I spotted this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/maxosx/+bug/521999 but it doesn't look like it got resolved.
