cant locate converted files

Post by paisios » Fri Jan 30, 2009 5:13 pm

Hello,

First off, thanks for developing this software!! I was glad to find it!

I am wanting to convert some FLAC to AAC. All went smoothly, but now I can't locate my converted files. I had it set to put into music folder....maybe I'm missing something. obviously! ha

Sorry if this is a common question. I searched around and couldn't find my answer.

Thanks in advance for your help!

ok.

I found the files. They were in Music>Unknown Artist>Unknown Album> and then they were all "00 Unknown Track-1.aac", "00 Unknown Track-2.aac" and so on.

Is there something I can do to keep all the info from getting lost?

Thx

Were the information fields in Max populated before you started?

(If not, you can use the script here:

to grab the information from iTunes. Save it in ~/Library/iTunes/Scripts (creating the folder if need be) and it will be available when iTunes is in front just to the left of the "Help" menu item in the menubar.)
