Latest Max SVN's

Post by elduderino » Thu Oct 09, 2008 2:56 am

So, in the past, i've loaded the newest builds. I am running the latest 'stable' build 0.8.1. I just can't remember where I got the non-GA builds.

I'd like to get the latest and greatest unstable build...the 24 bit fixes and others are needed here.

Where do i get a compiled latest SVN?

Thanks,
Brian

Hey there,

Any news on the new release? No rush, just making sure I didn't miss it...I still don't know where the new builds are posted. I'll keep an eye out for new Development threads I guess.

Thanks again!

Thanks Stephen! Just installed the new version in time to rip some new discs. By the way, I had to do a doubletake a bit to make sure I truly did load the new version. Is there an easy way to tell that I have the latest build running? The 'About' area simply names 0.8.1 like it did before.

Let me know, otherwise, great job as usual!

Cheers!
Brian

No, I forgot to update the version string so you won't be able to tell until I post the next unstable build. Thanks for pointing this out.

No problem man...by the way, I could tell by the use of Lame 3.98 now, by looking in the Encoder field of the MP3 tagging. So, in a round about way, I actually found I was using the new version...so far, so good!

Keep up the great work!
