Terrible sound that can't stop after (accidentally) turn on

Post by dzura » Tue Oct 08, 2013 6:22 pm

Few days ago I donwnload trial verison of Decibel. I was very happy with sound, after few songs of different bands, I accidentally try to listen 24/96 Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon (I don't have 24/96 card). When I turn play, terrible sound start, and after I turn off Decibel, and after restart this noise start again. I try to reinstall drivers, I do everything, but no help, I can't stop this sound. When I start Decibel, and turn some regular CD quality music start and play normally but, when I turn off Decibel terrible sound start again.

Any idea?

You could try running Audio MIDI Setup (in your Utilities folder) and select a different sample rate and bit depth for your output device.
