I see the corner banner announcing a forkable repo on github.

Rip was always open source, but after my personal repos were hacked I moved Max, Rip, and Tag to github. I only recently updated the web pages with the changes.

Fair enough. I was responding more to the implication that, as Rip and Max development appears to have been halted for nearly 4.5 years, a forkable Github repo constitutes a formal announcement that you won't be working any further on them.
