Just simple instructions

Post by Frank Simon » Wed Feb 08, 2006 8:42 pm

is there anywhere to find instructions on how to use this program? When I click help I'm told there's no help available.
I just want simple instructions, nothing fancy. Just want to make mp3 files compressed enough for reasonable web use.

Frank,

What Shane implied with his question is: If you have the latest version, then clicking on Help should display of pop-up window with some help.

I understand your frustration as Max is not as intuitive as Stephen thinks it is. However, you only have to use it once and the operation becomes clear.

If you call me, I will be happy to help you.

Any suggestions for simplifying the interface would be appreciated!

Especially user-interface mockups...

After trying numerous ways of configuring Max, none of the cds I am burning seem to play on my stereo cd player. Why? As well as ripping original cds on to my hard drive and then burning, I have also tried to import them via iTunes, then converting with Max before burning.

What am I doing wrong?
