Change Tags after Apple Lossless Encode?

Post by wireman4140 » Sat Aug 09, 2008 9:47 pm

I am trying to change tags after encoding to Apple Lossless. I think that Tag will not open Apple Lossless (at least I can not get it to). Any hints? Thanks!

Dang. I do believe you're right. I do know that when I load WAVs or others into Max for conversion to ALAC that which I put into the Metadata fields does stick to the ALACs.

Correct! The TAG website clearly specify:
Tag is a metadata editor for FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, Monkey's Audio and WavPack files.
No Apple Lossless, AAC, MP3, .. support in there.
