Are you using the Get iTunes Metadata AppleScript?

You will find the "Get iTunes Metadata" script in the Max download.

Launch Max and iTunes and insert the CD. Once iTunes has obtained the CD's information from GraceNote, run the script. The metadata that were obtained by iTunes will now become available in Max.
