Great. RThanks a lot for developing audio tools for OSX. I personally like play better than Cog, it seems more stable at present. However, I have trouble with Cog playing SHNs, so we'll see.

i would like to second SHN support... i have a LOT of both FLACs and SHNs that i listen to regularly, and right now my only option is something that hasn't been actively developed since 2002: MacAmp Lite! so, if there is any way you can add SHN support, i would be forever grateful!

great app, it's awesome to finally have a real FLAC player/jukebox on Mac!!

I know its not the solution you want. But why not transcode the Shorten files to a more popular codec? Like Apple Lossless or FLAC...

i've got hundreds of gigabytes of SHNs, not an option...

plus, that sorta messes with the very organized system of seeds kept at db.etree.org . it is very important in that community to verify the integrity of every fileset, and that becomes much harder once something is transcoded without MD5s to verify the intermediary WAV files.
