Output options tab is blank

I just upgraded to Mavericks from Snow Leopard, updated Decibel, but when I go to options the Output tab is blank. whenever I click it just shows the options from the previous tab I was looking at.

Re: last.fm compatibility

Has there been any progress in this area? Even though Decibel hasn't been updated for a while, it is still by far my favourite music player because everything works great... except this one small thing which really bugs me! Decibel always shows my "listening now" correctly on last.fm, but inexplicab...

Re: unwanted pauses in middle of tracks

I'm having exactly the same problem, and it doesn't matter whether I use my external DAC or not, the stuttering is always there. It seems to be worse when media is playing off an external hard drive or from CD. "Adjust sample rate for best quality" does not seem to help. It is possible to stop the p...

Re: [Request Feature] 'Clear playlist' item in to context me

This already exists. The "remove tracks" option in the context menu will do this. Otherwise you can delete using the backspace key on your keyboard.

Re: Feature request: exclusive mode toggle

thats a really good idea! I find myself opening the preferences to change the setting all the time, for example to quickly watch a youtube video, or to use skype.

Re: CD Playback

thanks, everything seems to be working fine after doubling the buffer sizes. Occasionally I'll get a tiny artifact (barely noticeable) when the track changes, but now there is no pause between consecutive tracks so the rhythm is not messed up. Playing CDs in Decibel is now a much smoother experience...

Re: last.fm compatibility

the problem keeps resurfacing for me, so I would have to say it is still a bug in the current version. last.fm shows my Now Playing, allows me to Love/Unlove tracks, but simply will not scrobble. I keep deleting the plist files, but soon the problem just comes back.

Re: obtain exclsive access

it means that no other programs will be allowed to use your soundcard. I like this because if you browse the internet while listening to music on decibel, no annoying ads can make noise over your music, or incoming mail noises from your comp, etc

CD Playback

I've noticed that while playing back CDs with Decibel, there is a pause and a small clicking noise when the player skips to the next track. This is not normally a problem, but for some CDs of classical/contemporary music there are a lot very small tracks for one piece, sometimes 20 or 30 seconds in ...

Re: last.fm compatibility

Just following up:
Deleting the aforementioned file fixed the problem temporarily, but eventually the program stopped scrobbling again and deleting the file again did not help. However, after deleting the org.sbooth.Decibel.plist file, it seems I am now scrobbling again.

Re: last.fm compatibility

I deleted the org.sbooth.Decibel.ScrobblerPlugIn.plist file, and songs have started scrobbling again. However, it appears that not all songs are scrobbling. I will play around with my last.fm to see if this happens only with some files and not with others...

Re: how to read a music folder other than iTunes

just drag the whole folder into the decibel window, or onto the decibel icon on your dock. If you're having trouble searching for the files you want to play, get Importers so that you can search within the FLAC metadata.

last.fm compatibility

Hi,
I have noticed recently that my tracks are not being scrobbled to last.fm. If I visit the last.fm page, it shows my track as "now playing", but it is never added to the total plays or recently played list.
